Product Summary

The ADM690–ADM695 family of supervisory circuits offerscomplete single chip solutions for power supply monitoring andbattery control functions in microprocessor systems. Thesefunctions includeμP reset, backup battery switchover, watchdogtimer, CMOS RAM write protection, and power failure warn-ing. The complete family provides a variety of configurations tosatisfy most microprocessor system requirements.
